Your first session
This walkthrough takes about five minutes after you sign in to the console and this Knowledge Base.
1. Open the console
Go to console.constellation.space/app/ and sign in with your Constellation account.
You land on the globe with your program’s fleet topology—satellites, ground stations, and links positioned from live API data. If your organization is new to the platform, you may also have access to sample scenarios for training; your program admin can assign fleet scope.
2. Orient yourself

| Timeline (top) | Live mode or replay—play, pause, and scrub stored telemetry |
| Chat (bottom) | Assistant with full fleet context; can drive the UI and run models |
Try this: click any satellite or ground station. The detail panel shows metrics for the current instant on the timeline.
3. Move through time
- Choose live or select a replay window on the timeline.
- Press Play to advance; pause and drag the scrubber to any instant.
- Watch link colors and metrics update as telemetry for that period is applied.
Playback speed and default behavior are under Settings → Sim.
4. Ask the assistant
Open chat and try:
- “What is the P90 link latency right now?”
- “Select the worst SNR link and zoom to it”
- “Chart fleet utilization by node type over the last hour”
- “Predict rain fade on the selected gateway pass”
Every turn includes fleet context—topology, selection, timeline position, and rollups—so you can ask operational questions without exporting data first.
5. Open settings
